Product Manager Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation
- Define and refine brand identity
- Lead product development
- Direct analytical data gathering and marketing/consumer test strategies
- Attend conferences, meetings, and conventions to stay current on market trends and new research
- Create and adhere to budgets
- Manage team and meet business goals/quarterly rocks
- Ensure adherence to key performance metrics to meet business and customer expectations

Location
Preference for work in Shiner, TX. Remote work will be considered with quarterly travel requirements to Shiner, TX.
Compensation
$80,000–$105,000 based on experience. Benefits offered & profits interest potential for highly qualified candidates.

We are seeking a strategic, relational, and data-driven Director of Partnerships and Affiliates to lead and grow our affiliate and partnership ecosystems across global markets. This senior-level role will shape both tactical execution and long-term strategy for affiliate marketing, influencer relationships, strategic partnerships, and collaborative brand initiatives.
You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure our partnerships drive revenue, reflect our values, and support a healthy, focused lifestyle for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Program Growth
- Design and lead a comprehensive partnership strategy, spanning affiliate marketing, brand partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Align partnership efforts with Techless's broader brand, growth, and revenue goals for Wisephone and Sage Mobile.
- Identify and pursue strategic collaborations with aligned organizations, movements, and communities in the U.S. and Europe.
- Monitor industry trends and proactively propose opportunities to grow brand reach and impact through mission-aligned partnerships.
Affiliate Program Development & Optimization
- Oversee the affiliate program strategy and daily operations, including recruiting, onboarding, and supporting affiliates.
- Cultivate high-value relationships with affiliates, influencers, content creators, and digital wellness advocates.
- Create performance-based incentives and promotional materials tailored to affiliate types and audience segments.
- Ensure affiliate practices align with legal, ethical, and brand standards.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Analyze KPIs including ROI, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition, and LTV of affiliate-referred customers.
- Generate regular reports on affiliate and partnership performance, highlighting wins, insights, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with data and digital teams to optimize campaigns, test offers, and enhance user journeys for affiliate traffic.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Supervise an affiliate coordinator, holding him/her accountable for achieving KPIs.
- Work closely with digital, content, and influencer teams to create cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to ensure partnerships reflect real product value.
- Support major launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions through integrated affiliate and partner strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling affiliate programs and strategic partnerships in global markets.
- Strong relationship-management skills and experience working with influencers, niche communities, and mission-aligned brands.
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team.
Experience in the following areas a plus (but not required)
- Experience in DTC e-commerce
- Familiarity with the digital wellness, minimalist, or parenting spaces
- Experience in tracking tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and Affiliatly
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $65,000-$80,000
- Generous performance-based bonus
